EO: Feds To Take Control of Domestic Nat Gas Prod

While most Americans focused their attention on the 11 U.S. Secret Service agents and prostitutes President Obama quietly signed his latest Presidential Executive Order.

While natural gas production is carried out by private firms, and States are the primary regulators of onshore oil and gas activities, the Federal Government has an important role to play by regulating oil and gas activities on public and Indian trust lands, encouraging greater use of natural gas in transportation, supporting research and development aimed at improving the safety of natural gas development and transportation activities, and setting sensible, cost-effective public health and environmental standards to implement Federal law and augment State safeguards.

Because efforts to promote safe, responsible, and efficient development of unconventional domestic natural gas resources are underway at a number of executive departments and agencies (agencies), close interagency coordination is important for effective implementation of these programs and activities. To formalize and promote ongoing interagency coordination, this order establishes a high-level, interagency working group that will facilitate coordinated Administration policy efforts to support safe and responsible unconventional domestic natural gas development.

How many of you are aware that in the last 90 days (or so) there's been a growing "Flood" of information and statements regarding the REALITY of "FRACKING" as "THE NEXT REAL ESTATE BUBBLE AND BAILOUT"?

With the "LAND"..with all that "POTENTIAL" Natural Gas "UNDERNEATH IT" becoming the REAL "trillion dollar business".

In fact the maggot currently holding the MOST "LEASES" has been juggling the situation for MONTHS.

A recent article in 'Rolling Stone' exposed this reality and what do we see?

In LESS than 1 MONTH after the article and the reality became "Discussion"..SHAZAM..the Federal Government "TAKES OVER".

What BETTER way to CONCEAL the grim reality of ANOTHER TRILLION DOLLAR REAL ESTATE BALLOON and definite BAILOUT" than to simply COVER..or CAMOUFLAGE..the entire mess with FEDERAL RED TAPE.

Add to this the now TERROR based "REPERCUSSIONS" of ANYONE who DARES to "SPEAK OUT" (and then be DISAPPEARED AND TORTURED by the Obama "Transparency Administration")..well..you have THE perfect COVER....AND..."COVER STORY".

Obama CANNOT Afford to see the LIE that is the "RECOVERY" threatened with a MASSIVE FUG UP in the FRACKING business with its TRILLIONS IN REAL ESTATE HOLDINGS.

That would send the "market" into a DEFINITIVE and UN-CONCEALABLE tailspin.

Better to simply continue on with the "Rep" he already has with Republicans who CANNOT win the Election ANYWAY "AS IS" (being Anti-Freedom in every capacity from reproduction to marriage to education to immigration to you name it) but an ECONOMIC DISASTER? Might give Romney the tiny edge he needs to confuse the independents just enough to cause a win.

At any rate AUTOCRATIC and TYRANNICAL "Government" is what we now have..so taking over "At The Last Minute" purely for "Appearances" AND Financial Protectionism...is perfectly in keeping with CORPORATE FASCISM.

Well Rose, like the government, you've been busy. So what is implied here is that these fracking companies bit off more they can chew land wise and now there in trouble because they can't turn over the product fast enough to cover the real estate they acquired. Do I have it right?

I want to speak about the working group a bit. Dept of Defense is listed first after the Chair. That is interesting. Last year, Senator Schumer sponsored a Bill called "The Presidential Appointment and Efficiency Act".
It basically removes Senatorial approval by striking "with the advice and consent of the Senate" in Presidential Cabinet appointments. Most of those positions were of "undersecretary". It seems that they've been doing a lot of groundwork dotting I's and crossing T's. And people want to fight the NWO? What a laugh!

From my understanding, I think you're right.

And, the NWO is here, imho, and it ain't going anywhere. The best we can do is learn as much as we can in order to try and avoid the traps, like the "justice" system. What a joke.
